("Mainstreet" or the "Corporation") (TSX:MEQ) is pleased to announce the results of the annual meeting of shareholders held on March 12, 2020 (the "Meeting"). The meeting had a very strong shareholder turnout with holders of approximately 90% of the issued and outstanding common shares represented in person or by proxy.
