MAINSTREET REGINA RESIDENT SURVEY CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES
The Mainstreet “Regina Resident Survey Contest” (the “Contest”) is open to current Mainstreet residents in Regina, Saskatchewan only, and is governed by Canadian law. Please do not enter the Contest if you are not a legal resident of Canada living in a Mainstreet Regina property, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. The Contest is sponsored by Mainstreet Equity Corp. (the “Sponsor”). Void where prohibited by law.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on April 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on May 1, 2025 (“Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Contest, at the time of entry, an individual must:
- Be a legal resident of Canada currently residing in a Mainstreet property located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be listed on a valid, active lease agreement with Mainstreet.
- Be a current resident in good standing.
- Not be an employee of Mainstreet Equity Corp. or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents.
Only one (1) entry per suite will be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete and submit the official online survey through the link provided by Mainstreet during the Contest Period. Entry into the Contest is automatic upon survey submission. No purchase is necessary.
PRIZE
There is one (1) prize available to be won: a $500 rent credit to be applied to the winner’s Mainstreet account. The prize is:
-Non-transferable.
-Not redeemable for cash.
-Applied only to the winning resident’s Mainstreet account.
WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor on or around May 3, 2025. The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided in their survey response.
To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must:
-Be verified as meeting all eligibility requirements.
-Correctly answer a skill-testing question.
-Accept the prize as awarded.
Failure to meet these conditions will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering the Contest, each participant agrees that:
-Their survey responses may be used by Mainstreet Equity Corp. to follow up regarding any feedback, concerns, or service matters raised in the response.
-The Sponsor may contact them using the contact details provided in the survey.
-They waive all rights to claim any ambiguity in these Official Rules.
GENERAL
Mainstreet reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion without notice. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
